Our programming

At Dialed, our class sizes and training programs are thoughtfully created to meet you where you’re at, creating consistency and longevity for your physical health. Our goal is to help you spend as much time as possible doing what you love at a high level, and we design our programming to support that.

If you’re new to weightlifting and group classes, welcome! We’re thrilled to have you here. Starting your journey with proper technique is key to preventing injury and maximizing your progress. That’s why we recommend working with a personal trainer to build a strong foundation. We have a team of certified trainers ready to help you get started.
