Dialed Fitness was founded in June 2023 by Jimmy Alsobrook Jr., a lifelong Bozeman local and cornerstone of the fitness industry for over 30 years. Shaped by Montana’s rugged outdoors, Jimmy built Dialed on the principles of functional strength, grit, and accountability — creating a space where people could train with purpose and feel truly supported. What started as “Jimmy’s Gym” quickly became a home for those committed to showing up and doing the work.

In 2026, Dialed Fitness entered its next chapter under new ownership with Devin Archilla. With over a decade in the Bozeman fitness community, Devin has grown alongside this gym and its members, and now leads Dialed with deep respect for its roots and a clear vision for the future. Jimmy remains part of the coaching team until he heads out for his next chapter, moving his family to Florida Summer 2026.
