Late Arrivals
We understand that life gets busy and things come up. To keep classes running smoothly and out of respect for everyone who arrived on time, we always begin class as scheduled and won't pause or restart the workout for late arrivals.
To help you get the most out of your class, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and be fully prepared so you're ready to go when class starts.

Are kids allowed during class?
We truly love seeing families prioritize health and fitness, and we know that occasionally bringing your child to the gym is unavoidable. Watching parents invest in their health is a powerful example for kids.
That said, the safety of everyone in the gym is our top priority. Our coaches' attention must remain focused on coaching the class and ensuring the safety of our athletes. They are not able to supervise children during classes.
If you do need to bring your child, we kindly ask that they:
Remain off all gym equipment at all times.
Stay in a designated area away from the workout floor.
Be occupied with quiet activities that minimize distractions.
Remain under your direct supervision
Children are the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.
Classes are fast-paced, equipment is constantly in use, and coaches are managing multiple athletes, making it difficult to maintain a safe environment for children on the gym floor.
Thank you for helping us create a safe, focused, and welcoming environment for everyone.
-
Are dogs allowed during class?
We know our community loves dogs, and we do too! However, to provide the safest and most focused training environment for everyone, we ask that dogs not be brought into the gym during classes.
While even the best-trained dogs can be calm and well-behaved, a busy gym is filled with moving athletes, barbells, sleds, ropes, loud noises, and other distractions that can create safety risks for both people and pets.
For the safety of all athletes, coaches, and dogs:
Dogs are not permitted on the gym floor or around workout equipment.
Dogs are welcome to remain safely in your vehicle when weather conditions allow.
During the summer, if you must bring them, you can have them tied up outside the gym provided they are well-trained, calm, and not disruptive.
Coaches are not responsible for supervising or managing dogs during class.
If you have a certified service animal, please let us know so we can ensure everyone has a safe and positive experience.
Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe, clean, and distraction-free environment where everyone can train with confidence!
