join us on memorial day
monday, may 26th 9am

The Murph is a hero workout done in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. The workout was one of his favorites and has since become a tradition in the fitness and military communities.

Why Do We Do It?
We do Murph to honor the sacrifice of Lt. Murphy and all the men and women who’ve died serving our country. It’s meant to be physically and mentally challenging, symbolizing the hardship and dedication of those who give everything for others.

Why Memorial Day?
Memorial Day is a time to remember and pay tribute to fallen soldiers. Doing Murph is a way to physically express gratitude, build camaraderie, and carry a small burden to reflect on the much greater sacrifices made by others. It’s not just a workout—it’s an act of remembrance.
