For over 30 years, Jimmy has been a cornerstone of the fitness industry, bringing his expertise, passion, and love for movement to every space he touches. Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, Jimmy has spent his entire life immersed in the rugged beauty of the outdoors. From climbing Montana’s challenging peaks in search of bighorn sheep to fishing the expansive waters of Fort Peck Reservoir, Jimmy’s adventures inspired his belief in functional strength and the power of intentional movement.

Jimmy’s journey into fitness began with a pivotal moment in his own training. Under the guidance of his mentor, Terry Baldwin, Jimmy discovered the transformative potential of strength programming. Terry’s wisdom and approach to fitness became the foundation of Jimmy’s ideas and curiosity about programming. After making significant improvements in his own performance, Jimmy was inspired to help others achieve their fitness goals, setting him on the path to becoming a trainer.

In June 2023, Jimmy turned decades of experience and a lifelong dream into reality by founding Dialed Fitness, a gym built on the principles of love, grit, and accountability. As the owner and athletic director, Jimmy has created more than just a place to work out—he’s fostered a community where individuals feel supported, challenged, and inspired to become the best version of themselves.

Jimmy is a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified trainer specializing in functional fitness and sports performance. Over his career, he has worked with a diverse range of individuals, from beginners taking their first steps into fitness to adventurers preparing for monumental feats like summiting Mount Everest. His ability to help people achieve what once felt impossible is a hallmark of his coaching. With his deep Bozeman roots and unwavering dedication to his craft, Jimmy continues to empower his community, turning personal aspirations into life-changing achievements.

Jaime is a certified athletic trainer and is dedicated to empowering active individuals reach their goals. Her primary focus lies in accurately assessing and treating musculoskeletal injuries, chronic conditions, and joint mobility restrictions in order to ensure optimal physical comfort as you continue to do the physical activities you love to do. Regardless if you engage in recreational golf, weightlifting, crossFit, or hiking, Jaime’s mission is to deliver high-quality injury care to active individuals of all ages and abilities.

With over 25 years of experience in athletic training and sports medicine, Jaime has worked with athletes at various levels, ranging from high school to professional, nationally and internationally. She gained experience in diverse settings, including the Montana State University Bobcat athletic training room, the sports medicine team for the ESPN X Games, and her private practice in Bozeman and Great Falls.

Jaime received her bachelor’s degree from Adams State University and her master’s degree from Montana State University. She stays up-to-date with the latest research and technology, continuously expanding her knowledge. By doing so, she has since gained a structure & function dry needling (SFDN) credential and trained in the STECCO method of fascial manipulation. Nationally board certified by the NATABOC and licensed in Montana, she is committed to providing personalized and compassionate care to help clients stay active and healthy.

During her time at ASU, Jaime played basketball for two years before choosing to focus on meeting the standards for the NATABOC athletic training certification. After establishing her career and becoming a mother to two daughters, she joined CrossFit to improve her overall fitness. Eventually her competitive nature took over and she qualified for the Granite Games.

Following a partial ACL tear, Jaime turned to weightlifting to stay active while healing. She also checked off a bucket list item during this time by completing a Spartan Beast race. It’s also worth saying she is a firearm instructor for TACTIC and, alongside her teammate Sarah Hurlburt, won the women’s division in the Tactical Games Sniper Challenge. They were the only women’s entry, but a win is still a win.

Recently, Jaime has excelled in weightlifting. After meeting her coach, Justin Meyer, she decided to see how competitive she could be. At the USA Master’s Nationals she was honored to be selected for Team USA Master’s weightlifting. She then competed at the IWF World masters championships where she earned a silver medal overall, placing 1st for the snatch and 4th for the clean and jerk.
