Shaped by a childhood spent traveling through her father’s military career, Dev developed a love for travel and a drive to embrace challenges early on. She settled in Montana in 2010, where the outdoors continue to inspire her daily.
With nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Dev has coached across multiple disciplines, while also mentoring and developing fellow coaches. Her greatest fulfillment comes from watching people realize what they are truly capable of. Strength training holds a special place in Dev’s life; she believes strength training is foundational — not only for athletic performance, but for longevity and everyday life.
Outside the gym, she has competed in multiple mountain races and HYROX events, embracing opportunities that test both physical and mental grit. Her coaching philosophy reflects this same spirit: train with purpose, build resilience, and become stronger for life.

Maddie has been a competitive athlete her entire life, and her coaching journey started long before she found CrossFit. Maddie taught swim lessons throughout high school and in college, where she was a Division I swimmer at the University of Georgia. Helping people become confident and skilled in the water eventually transitioned into a passion for helping people build that same confidence, now in a gym.
She found CrossFit in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the challenge, variety, and community it offered. After beginning her coaching career in 2019, she spent the next four years competing in CrossFit while coaching athletes of all ages and abilities. Since then, Maddie has coached in Georgia, Massachusetts, the Pacific Northwest, and Montana, working with everyone from kids and parents to wildland firefighters, law enforcement officers, and competitive athletes. One of her favorite parts of coaching is that no two athletes are the same. Everyone walks through the door with different goals, strengths, and challenges, and helping people make progress, whatever that looks like for them, is what keeps her coming back.
Outside the gym, Maddie spends as much time outdoors as possible. You'll usually find her trail running, skiing, hunting, fly fishing, or exploring Montana with her husband and three dogs. She believes fitness should support the life you want to live, whether that's chasing a PR, keeping up with your family, performing on the job, or feeling strong enough to say yes to your next adventure.

Christina's passion for coaching is a product of her love of learning and educating others, as well as her experiences with great coaches and their positive impact on her own fitness journey. Christina discovered her immense enjoyment of strength, conditioning, and functional fitness when she joined a CrossFit gym in 2011. The combination of learning new skills, seeing progress in strength and endurance, as well as the bonds and friendships that often form in group class settings made it addicting and easy to stick with for years to come. Later she decided to attend an L1 seminar and joined the coaching staff at CrossFit DC, the first and longest standing CrossFit affiliate in Washington, DC. In 2024, she qualified for and passed the CCFT examination, earning her the title of Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer, a certification accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board. Christina's favorite part of coaching is finding a cue that really clicks for an athlete and seeing it instantly improve their movement. She is thrilled to be a member of Dialed's community and coaching team!

We’re excited to welcome Dylan to the coaching team! As an avid hunter, outdoorsman and recent Tactical Games competitor, Dylan brings the same grit, discipline, and passion for hard work to the gym that he does in the mountains.

Will grew up in Chandler, Arizona, but visited Montana often, where his Father is from. He attended The University of Montana and played football for the Griz before moving on to the NFL, where he spent six years playing for six different teams while training and learning from some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in the world. Will moved back to Montana in 2018 to start his family and officially retiring from the NFL in 2019. He now shares his knowledge and love of football by helping coach the local Manhattan High School football team. Will also works full-time as a construction superintendent in Bozeman.
Will began coaching group classes at a local gym in 2020, where he coached through 2022 before spending another year at a different local gym leading up to the start of DLD.
Will is passionate about every aspect of fitness from strength training, to conditioning that challenges people to push past their limits, to recovery and mobility work that helps the body move and feel better. He also has a strong focus on athletic performance, helping athletes run faster, jump higher, and move more efficiently.
Drawing from his years in the NFL and the wide range of training philosophies he experienced throughout his career, Will has developed a coaching style centered around meeting people where they are. Whether working with someone brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete striving for the next level, his goal is always the same: help people discover what drives them and push them toward becoming the best version of themselves.
